A tragedy has struck the Motocross community as 2021 nears its end. MXGP Red Bull KTM’s Rene Hofer has passed away while skiing in his native Austria.

A tragedy has struck the Motocross community as 2021 nears its end. MXGP Red Bull KTM’s Rene Hofer has passed away while skiing in his native Austria.
After a quick couple of days off, the MXGP and MX2 riders got right back to action in Trentino. The second of three races at the scenic 1.55-mile circuit was also only the second, but the final midweek event of the season.
