Headed to the playoffs for the first time in 18 years, the Cleveland Browns survived a late comeback attempt by the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday in a narrow 24-22 victory.
The New England Patriots (7-9) defeated the New York Jets (2-14) in the final game of an underwhelming season for both sides. Cam Newton wasn’t the successor to Tom Brady that most Patriots fans were hoping for, and Sam Darnold disappointed once again this year for the Jets. Despite it being an ugly year for New England, they continued their recent streak of dominance over New York, ending the 2020 campaign on a high note.

Holding the high-powered Los Angeles passing attack to just 216 yards through the air, Ken Norton Jr’s group sacked quarterback Jared Goff three times while also stopping the team at their own one-yard line to set the tone for the win.
