Week 13 MLB Power Rankings
1. New York Yankees
The Yankees went to London and promptly kicked ass. They scored 29 runs over the pond. The Yankees are red-hot and with a healthy (sort of) team, we can only watch as they get hotter.

To me, it is clearly time to spend up for the big hitters tonight. With only five games on the menu, the pitching options are few and far between. I’ve narrowed down a couple that I will be targeting and have included some of the hitters I like for tonight. It’s a new month and the same old grind. Let’s get into some Pitching and Core Hitters to target for tonight.

With the National Hockey League and NBA wrapping up their season’s a lot of attention will be now placed on Major League Baseball. The 2019 season has been a good one to-date with the usual suspects, Yankees, Astros, Dodgers rolling along just fine. Plenty of baseball awaits us for the long hot summer and plenty of teams will be making a push, Atlanta Braves, Colorado Rockies and maybe even the Cleveland Indians will look to make plenty of noise going forward. When one of our pitchers go down due to injury or one of our pitchers just aren’t working out we all have to work the waiver wire. Below are the best pitchers that are owned under 30% via Yahoo. I split them into categories as certain pitchers can help more than others based on what type of league you are in (ex. points, categories, and rotisserie). Please note all stats are as of June 7th.
Week 10 is here, and we finally have a shake-up in the top three. Some teams are starting to get gain back momentum. Some teams, are losing momentum. You can find my week nine power rankings below.
This article is for the classic slate beginning at 1 PM EST.
A full schedule to dissect for tonight awaits us. The Milwaukee Brewers and Houston Astros are in fine spots and will likely be very popular when targeting offense. The pitching landscape has plenty of good to great options, no clear cut favorite but we can feel fairly confident with a couple aces that are in good spots. You know the drill, we’re going Around the Horn! Giddy up!
