Last weekend, a lot of rookies had impressive games. The list is headlined by two of the quarterbacks who played great football.
There were some more deserving players on the list for this week. The group listed below here is highlighted by a quarterback who had a special performance. A few of the other players remain the same as they continue their stellar starts.
The Green Bay Packers entered the draft with needs at receiver, right tackle, center, defensive line, linebacker, and cornerback. Before the draft started on Thursday, the Packers were already in the news with the mounting issues between Aaron Rodgers, general manager, Brian Gutekunst, and the coaching staff.
The New York Jets own the second overall selection in this month’s NFL Draft following a 2-14 season. They also own the 23rd selection following their trade of Jamaal Adams to the Seattle Seahawks.
