To say that literally everything has happened in the NFL over the course of the last few weeks would be quite the understatement. Russell Wilson, Matt Ryan, Deshaun Watson, and soon Baker Mayfield, will be in new spots this upcoming season.
The Dolphins finished in the middle of the pack this past season but won’t make a selection until No. 29 due to a pair of trades with the 49ers and Eagles.
James Skalski is the ultimate college football player. The sixth-year senior was the alpha on Clemson’s defense for years and the unit’s captain. Producing as Skalski did for such a long time at the college level is crazy.
The NFL Draft hype is in full swing as we are approaching the end of the 2021-22 NFL season. Leading up to the draft, there are a number of opportunities for players to elevate their stock. One of the biggest stock risers is the Senior Bowl. Part 1 of our Senior Bowl preview brings a position-by-position breakdown of the National Team.
The 2022 linebacker class is headlined by Nakobe Dean and Devin Lloyd. After that, the class has a significant drop-off. A player looking to get their name in that conversation is Brandon Smith.
We are still early in the NFL Draft process but players are starting to pop out that we haven’t necessarily gotten wind of before. One of these guys is Wyoming’s Chad Muma.
We have officially hit the most exciting part of bowl season with the NY6 games set to take place shortly. Teams have already seen some players opt out but others have one more chance to show they are worthy of a draft pick.
This year’s defensive class in the NFL draft is loaded, so, naturally, guys like Utah’s Devin Lloyd have not been talked about a ton. Lloyd is one of many looking to crack the 10-12 range in the draft.
Both the NFL and CFB seasons are underway. Over the last two month or so, NFL scouts have attended college practices and games, getting a look at some of the upcoming draft prospects for the 2022 Draft. There is plenty of movement throughout the year in terms of which prospects are soaring up draft boards while others plummet. Here is the second edition of the stock movement for 2022 draft prospects, which thankfully doesn’t have many fallers.
As we enter Week 5, there is still a ton to figure out with this year’s draft. We know a good amount of the top players, but the back-end guys are still really unknown.
