Coming off a 100-99 loss to the Sacramento Kings (in which the Kings ended the 10 game Celtics winning streak) and playing against a depleted Suns roster, the Celtics had to play on the second night of a back to back in Phoenix. Already 1-1 on a five-game road trip, the Celtics didn’t want to drop this game against the Suns with tough games upcoming versus the Clippers and Nuggets. Scoring 99 points again, the Celtic’s turned this one into a victory with strong backcourt and bench play.

Welcome back to the Saturday edition of my NBA DFS Picks. My goal with this article is to walk you through the games to find which places we should attack this seven-game slate. Reaction to Heat vs Cavaliers

This week, the Miami Heat has been building up big leads. And they also have given them up as well. Playing from ahead has been an ongoing lesson for the team, which was the case against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday. After trailing by as many as 27 in the second half, the Cavaliers crept back into the game and cut the Heat’s lead to 10 midway into the fourth quarter. Ultimately, the Heat left Cleveland with a 108-97 victory to improve their record to 8-3 for the season.

The Eastern Conference bottom-dweller Washington Wizards attempted to end the Celtics early season win streak on a cold November night. However, the Celtics outshot the Wizards winning 140-133 in TD Garden. This was the first game since 1992 that the Celtics as a franchise had scored 140 points.

This is the first article I am writing for the site and I could not be more excited to be part of the DFS family here. Just like some of you, I work a full-time job. Playing and researching daily fantasy sports gets my mind off the work grind. It’s also five degrees outside as I write this so there’s that too.
