Bryce Harper entered, for a massive 13-year, $330 million contract, and expectations for the 2019 Phillies skyrocketed. A lot of people picked the Phillies to win the NL East after the signing, but instead they literally had an average season, finishing at .500 (81-81) and fourth in the division.
