The final regular season Sunday nighter takes center stage this evening with an AFC North rivalry. The matchup? John Harbaugh’s Baltimore Ravens (10-5) playing host to Mike Tomlin’s Pittsburgh Steelers (7-8) in front of a packed house at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland.

Best Bet No. 1: Steelers +2.5 (-110)
I locked this one in early, and since then, the spread has slightly shifted to -2.0 for Baltimore. Although still an outside shot, the Steelers are still alive in the AFC playoff picture. Tonight, they battle the Ravens in what’s projected to be a close and highly-contested game.
The Steelers, led by their defense core, have been able to scrap out four wins over their past five games. In addition, Pittsburgh is 4-1 against the spread (ATS) over their past five road games. Kenny Pickett continues to grow and develop under center for the Steelers, aided by a rejuvenated Najee Harris out of the backfield and a mean defense. Not only do I think the Steelers can keep it close, I even think they can eke out a win on the road. It goes without saying that this is going to be an extremely tough game for the Ravens. I love the number (+2.5) and underlying value (-110) you’re getting with the black and yellow here. Lock in Pittsburgh at +2.5 as soon as you can, folks.
Best Bet No. 2: OVER 35.0 (-110)
Next up is the line which opened at 36.5 and currently sits at 35.0, and that is where I pounced. I’m leaning towards the over because of the simple fact that I think we’ll see a bit more offense in this one than many are anticipating. From the Ravens’ standpoint, backs such as Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins should see a ton of action, especially with the injury to Lamar Jackson. Although their offense has struggled all season long, especially without No. 8, It’s likely that Baltimore will try to establish the run early and often which should put a lot of pressure on the Steelers’ defense.
When these two teams met a few weeks prior, the Ravens escaped with a narrow 16-14 victory. Expect a similarly close game, but there should be a bit more offensive fireworks to go around from both teams. This one’s a bit of a spicy meatball, but I’m inclined to lean with the over. This game has the makings of a 19-17 game written all over it, which I’d be content with. Lock in the over as soon as you can.
