KANSAS CITY, KS — The energy at Sporting Park was sky-high on Saturday night, and not just because of the action on the pitch. While Sporting Kansas City was locked in a physical battle with the Colorado Rapids, the “Chiefs Kingdom” presence was felt in the stands.
Kansas City Chiefs star defensive end George Karlaftis was spotted in the building, taking in the match alongside his long-time girlfriend, Kaia Harris. Fresh off another dominant NFL season, the “Greek Freak” took time to support the local soccer scene, proving once again that the bond between professional sports in this city is unmatched.
