The NFL trade deadline is less than 24 hours away and the fans cries for a Madden-type trades may come to fruition.
According to reports the New England Patriots are looking to trade for No.1 receivers Demaryius Thomas of the Broncos or former Seattle Seahawk and Detroit Lion Golden Tate.
Multiple league sources confirm the #Patriots have been active on the trade front for weeks. That’s not abnormal for them. One name that’s been discussed is #Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas. Thomas was drafted by Pats OC Josh McDaniels when he was HC at Denver.

As stated by Giardi, Thomas though 30-years-old, has experience with offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels and was in fact drafted by the Patriots him when he held the reigns in Denver. Players like Brandon Lloyd and Danny Amendola had moderate and or high success when transitioning from one McDaniels team to another.
Giving the five-time Pro Bowler and two-time first team All-Pro his best quarterback since winning the Super Bowl with Peyton Manning may make this a match made in heaven
Tate on the other hand is the same age as Thomas but has a skill set built more strictly toward running routes inside the numbers.
The Patriots have also been linked to their former 2013 second round draft pick Jamie Collins which fills a huge need for a pass rusher and cover linebacker if a reunion were to happen there.
The trade deadline is tomorrow at 4:00 p.m.
