The New England Patriots are down yet another member at tight end.

Per Adam Schefter, Lance Kendricks has reportedly been suspended for the first game of the season.

Kendricks, 31, was brought in as a free agent to soften the blow of the loss of Rob Gronkowski.

The Super Bowl champions are now down two potential starters in Ben Watson and Kendricks.

Matt LaCosse is dealing with a sprained ankle as well leaving Ryan Izzo, Andrew Beck, Stephen Anderson, and Eric Saubert.
