The New England Patriots have added more depth to their secondary.

The team has reportedly agreed to a two-year deal with former New York Jet safety Terrence Brooks per Adam Schefter.

Brooks, 27, was a National Champion with Florida State University and drafted in the third round by the Baltimore Ravens.

After the Ravens released him, he was claimed off of waivers by the Philadelphia Eagles and traded to the Jets for cornerback Dexter McDougle.

Brooks was released by the Jets on Feb 19, a season into his two-year contract with the team.
