The New England Patriots are shoring up their offensive line long term as the team announced that they have re-signed guard Shaq Mason.

Mason was drafted by the Patriots in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft and was considered among the best run blocking guards in his class.
He has played 46 games for the Patriots starting 41 of them which included the Super Bowl LI victory against the Atlanta Falcons.
