The amount of big game inexperience in Super Bowl LII was eye opening and one of those players has fired back at the criticism being dished out.
Boston Sports Journal writer Greg Bedard wrote a piece nailing New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick for the personnel decisions he made as well as the players for their lack of execution.
Patriots linebacker Marquis Flowers who was a big concentration in the piece, retaliated against Bedard in tweets sticking up for his coach.
Y’all gonna critique arguably the best coach in NFL History? Not on My Watch!! #NotOnDuty!

🤦🏾♂️ so you got all the answers? More than coach Belichick that has been to more SuperBowls than you have been with Women! https://t.co/N8RdeL6Hph

While you can defend yourself and fans will defend their team, the Patriots must not be free of criticism as their defense was indeed terrible.
The team surrendered 538 yards of total offense, the most in the Belichick era and the second most points given up by a Belichick coached team.
