The New England Patriots are going to the market to fill the holes they have at wide receiver.

Per NFL insider for ESPN Field Yates, the team is bringing in former Houston Texan Bruce Ellington and former Washington Redskin Maurice Harris.

Ellington, 27, was drafted in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft and is the smaller of the two at 5-foot-9. His best season came in 2017, recording 27 receptions for 330 yards and two scores.

Harris, 26, was signed by the Redskins as a 6-foot-3 undrafted free agent. This past season was Harris’ best, recording 28 receptions for 304 yards and two scores, averaging 10.4 yards per reception.

The Patriots currently have Julian Edelman, Phillip Dorsett, Damoun Patterson, and Matthew Slater as the only listed receivers under contract for the upcoming season.
