Report: Patriots Bring in Wide Receiver for Workout

The New England Patriots aren’t done adding to their roster as the team is reportedly bringing wide receiver Eric Decker for a workout.

Field Yates and Mike Reiss reported that the former Denver Bronco and New York Jet was at the Patriots facilities.

The Patriots are dealing with a few injuries at the position with Kenny Britt, Malcolm Mitchell and Jordan Matthews all battling ailments.

As stated in the tweet above, Decker formerly played for Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels when he was the head coach for the Broncos and could find his way onto the roster because of his versatility to play in the slot as well as outside the numbers.
