New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is considered by many to be one of the greatest of all-time at his position for a multitude of reasons. One of these factors is his preparation for a game and to treat every opponent like they are the best team in the NFL.
Brady is indeed not using this game as a stepping stone and see their AFC Championship opponent the Jacksonville Jaguars as one of the steepest challenges this team will face all season.
“This is the biggest challenge we’ve faced all year,” Brady said on WEEI’s “Kirk & Callahan” show. “We’ve had a good offense, they’ve had the best defense, and that’s always a challenge when you go up against those guys, and when you watch them play over the course of a whole season, you can see why.
Jaguars linebacker Telvin Smith doesn’t buy what he thinks Brady is selling and claims that they are still disrespecting them and that it’s another strategy out of the team’s playbook.
Bruh this the oldest trick…pump us up in the media but in the buildin I kno what’s really bein said. ✊🏿Respect 🐐 https://t.co/1I0954GF8C

The Patriots have a history of praising the teams they are playing from the film they see and there’s definitely a lot of things to applaud the Jaguars for which includes their elite defense.
The Patriots continue to prepare today for their matchup against the Jaguars in the AFC Championship on Sunday at 3:05 p.m.
