The former Tampa Bay Buccaneer was signed by the Titans prior to the 2019 season. The hope was he would be the slot receiving threat in Tennessee he was in Tampa Bay.
In two seasons he played in 19 games, he accounted for a total of just over 600 yards receiving and for touchdowns. Humphries battled various injuries last season. He also spent time on the COVID-19 list.
Although he is the first, he likely won’t be the last cap casualty in Tennessee.
