Raiders Heading to San Francisco for One Season

It is hard to imagine that the Raiders will be leaving Oakland again as head to play in San Francisco, according to reports that surfaced following the Super Bowl.

While the NFL owners voted on moving the Raiders to Las Vegas in 2020, fans thought they would get two more years in Oakland to see their team. As it turns out, they only got one season.

The Raiders will move to Oracle Park in San Francisco to play their eight home games before their new stadium in Las Vegas is ready. In order to move to San Francisco, the Raiders had to reach an agreement with the MLB’s San Francisco Giants to use Oracle Park, which is the Gaints’ home stadium.

The Raiders are coming off a 4-12 record in 2018, with their last win in Oakland coming against the Broncos. The organization will have three first-round draft picks in the upcoming draft, but whoever becomes a Raider will have to deal with a home away from home.
