Raiders Hire Dwayne Joseph as Director of Pro Scouting

The Raiders recently hired Dwayne Joseph as Director of Pro Scouting. Joseph will be a key in reviving some of the Raiders’ success.

The Oakland Raiders have added a new director of pro scouting; the team hired Dwayne Joesph to take on the role. Joseph had worked in the same position for the Philadelphia Eagles since 2015.  He also spent time with the Chicago Bears in 2012 and worked his way up to assistant director of pro scouting.

The Raiders scouting department began the major overhaul only a week before the draft. Gruden and Mayock sent home all the scouts, with the intention of some of them not returning. The Raiders had trust issues dealing with the scouts they had.

Joseph will bring some stability and experience going forward. Hopefully, he can help bring a Super Bowl title to the Raiders the same way he did with the Eagles.
