Aw yeah! Let’s keep the good times rolling! Another monster night last night and boy did we cash out big!! Another monster nine game slate tonight! Lots of games so let’s get to it!
Guard: D’Angelo Russell, Minnesota Timberwolves (DK-$8,600)
D-Lo is on fire as of late! Scoring over 45 fantasy points in three straight games! Tonight, he gets a matchup with the Miami Heat. The Heat will have a game plan to try and stop D-Lo but I don’t think it will work. He is averaging 23.6 points, 3.7 rebounds and 6.5 assists per game! He’s on absolute fire ever since being traded from the Golden State Warriors. Not an easy matchup tonight, but I think he is good enough to drop at least 35 fantasy points tonight!
Forward: Caris LeVert, Brooklyn Nets (DK-$7,500)
We had LeVert last night and he showed up by scoring 38.8 fantasy points. I had him for 35+. Tonight, he gets another cupcake matchup against the Wizards. I don’t think the Wizards are a very good team. I don’t think the Wizards are good at defense, and I don’t think the Wizards have anyone capable of stopping LeVert. As long as Kyrie Irving is out (he’s likely out for the season), LeVert will be a value play. I like him as top option play at the small forward position. Especially if you want to pay up for big names players.
Power Forward: Rui Hachimura, Washington Wizards (DK-$5,900)
Rui is coming off a massive game!! He played an NBA career-high 46 minutes last game. However, it didn’t translate to much statistics wise. He finished with 12 points, four rebounds, and two assists. However, the matchup tonight is a great opportunity for him to go off! He gets the Nets. Given both teams lack defensive skills. Rui is going to go toe to toe, and I’m expecting him to put up a nice double-double. He is my SLEEPER of the night!!
Center: Julius Randle, New York Knicks (DK-$8,400)
We had Randle on our Fave Five list against the Houston Rockets. He put up 38 fantasy points in 28 minutes. That’s a fantastic showing. Same story here. A very easy matchup against the Charlotte Hornets tonight. I’m expecting another big-time showing from the Knicks big man. He’s averaging 19 points 9.6 rebounds per game, and I am expecting similar numbers tonight. He is my LOCK of the night. Just plug him in your lineup tonight. Trust me.
Util: Miles Bridges, Charlotte Hornets (DK-$6,000)
We can’t forget the number one rule of DFS. Start players against the Knicks. Bridges has quietly scored over 25 fantasy points in five straight games. Tonight, it won’t be any different. Knicks lack everything imaginable and I am expecting Bridges to go off tonight. He could put up career numbers and I wouldn’t be surprised. He is averaging 13.3 points per game, but I can assure you, that number will skyrocket tonight.
