Josh Livi | February 13th, 2020

Wow! We had a monster night last night! All our picks hit! Thank you D’Angelo Russell and Andrew Wiggins. After last night’s insanely heavy, stacked, crazy night, we only have two games to work with. So let’s see what we can come up with!

Guard: Landry Shamet, Los Angeles Clippers, (DK-$4,800)

Patrick Beverley is ruled out tonight so Shamet is going to be getting a hefty workload. Shamet has been alternating between the bench and the starting five all season and has produced at positions. Shamet is averaging 11.7 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 2.2 assists. To make my point even stronger, tomorrow night’s matchup will be against the Boston Celtics. It’s going to be a close, hard-fought battle. Shamet is going to get a ton of minutes, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him crack 30 fantasy points.

Forward: Kawhi Leonard, Los Angeles Clippers (DK-$9,100)

With not many big names players on the board tonight, we are going to have to spend at the small forward position. Kawhi is arguably the greatest small forward in the NBA. As long as he is playing, he is a must-start. Averaging 50 fantasy points per game, and a matchup with the Celtics tonight, I am locking him in my lineup and enjoying the ride!

Power Forward: Zion Williamson, New Orleans Pelicans (DK-7,800)

THERE YOU HAVE IT! That is the Zion we have been waiting to see all season! Zion is coming off his best game in his short NBA career. He put up 31 points, nine rebounds, and five assists. He will only get better as he becomes more comfortable with the NBA and continues to heal from the knee injury. His minutes have gone up every game, his production has gone up every game, and he puts on a show every time he’s on the court. Not much of a sleeper, but he’s my sleeper pick of the night!

Center: Montrezl Harrell, Los Angeles Clippers (DK-$4,500)

Harrell is coming off a nice quality game. Put up 19 points, nine rebounds. Harrell’s matchup with the Celtics is going to be a very intense and tight matchup. I am expecting starters on both teams to have outstanding fantasy performances. Harrell’s matchup should be the easiest though, as he’s facing Daniel Theis. I like the matchup here and wouldn’t be surprised to see Harrell crack a double-double.

Util: Danilo Gallinari, Oklahoma City Thunder (DK-$5,500)

Gallo is the purest shooter in the NBA. But besides the beautiful stroke, and excellent shooting, he can do other things. He is averaging 19 fantasy points per game, 5.8 rebounds per game, and 2.3 assists per game. He has drained at least one three-pointer in 34 straight games, and I definitely see him continuing his torrid shooting. He is one of the best in the game and will get open to knock down some big shots tonight! It should be an entertaining game!

That does it for this edition of Livi’s Fave Five! Hope you guys win money on this small slate and good luck!!
