Analyzing Eli Tomac’s early season Motocross struggles
Two Nationals into this year’s AMA Pro Motocross season, Eli Tomac has had a disappointing start. The rider who had won three consecutive championships between 2017-2019 has yet to record a top-five moto finish. On top of simply not riding like a top-flight rider on the eye test. With that in mind, I felt a deep dive would be warranted to see if any personal frustrations were warranted as a fan.
Alex and Jeremy Martin Out of AMA Pro Motocross Indefinitely
Over the weekend, brothers Alex Martin and Jeremy Martin sustained injuries at the Thunder Valley National. We now know the extent of both riders’ injuries, and it appears we will not see either brother for a while.
Round two of 12 in AMA Pro Motocross is now in the books from the outskirts of Denver, Colorado. Again, it was a fantastic day of racing as there have now been four different overall winners in two nationals. Recap of the action at Thunder Valley right here.
Spiderman Returns: Castroneves Wins 2021 Indianapolis 500
In what was an Indianapolis 500 for the ages, Helio Castroneves (at the ripe age of 46) has once again made history. The Brazilian icon won his record-tying fourth Indy 500 and becomes the fourth-oldest driver in history to win the race.
The AMA Pro Motocross season kicked off on Saturday from Fox Raceway in Pala, California. The first of two 2021 trips to one of California’s top tracks served as an excellent opener to the Outdoor season. Let’s recap of some exciting racing right here.
Making the Case for a Team USA Motocross Des Nations Entry
As it stands currently, the Motocross Des Nations event is set to run this year after the 2020 running was canceled. Also, as of now, it is currently vague on if the United States will send a team or not for the late September event. Scott Dixon Wins Pole Position for the Indianapolis 500
For the fourth time in his iconic career, Scott Dixon has qualified on pole for the Indianapolis 500. He was the final car to make a pass based on times from Saturday, and it came down all the way to his fourth and final lap.
