Monday Night Football DFS: Week 7

This week on Monday Night Football, the New Orleans Saints head into Seattle to face the Seahawks. This will be Seattle’s second game with Geno Smith at quarterback. They almost pulled off an upset against the Pittsburgh Steelers last week but ultimately ended up losing in overtime. Hopefully, they continue to show some fight in this game and at least make the game entertaining for DFS. Without further ado, let’s take a look at the top DFS players in this matchup.

DraftKings Captain | FanDuel MVP

Alvin Kamara (DK 19,200 | FD 16,000)

Kamara has been getting more carries this year than he has at any point in his career. In Week 3, he saw a career-high of 24 carries. One week later he saw a career-high of 26. There is no reason to believe he shouldn’t continue to get that volume. Furthermore, he’s facing a Seahawks run defense who gives up an average of 140.8 rushing yards per game. Pay up for Kamara and play him in the Captain spot.

Flex Plays

Jameis Winston (DK 11,800 | FD 16,500)

This game will likely be an ugly fantasy game. However, even at his price Winston should score enough points to be worth paying up for. He has scored 13 or more fantasy points in his last three games. If he can throw a couple of touchdowns and not turn the ball over, he will be an excellent play. Look for him to have a solid game and score 15-20 fantasy points.

Adam Trautman (DK 1,800 | FD 5,500)

Trautman is a sleeper for a lot of dynasty fantasy players. He has not done much this season but last game he showed some promise. Even though he only had two catches, he was able to turn those into 43 yards. This slate is top-heavy with not a whole lot of value plays. However, if Trautman can find the end zone his value will be one of the highest on the slate.

DeeJay Dallas (DK 5,200 | FD 9,000)

The Seahawks are all banged up at the running back position. They will be getting Rashaad Penny back from the injured reserve but Alex Collins is still banged up. That will keep Dallas in the rotation. Last week, he saw five targets and hauled in all five. The Seahawks will most likely be playing from behind in this game. They should trust Dallas on passing downs and he will get plenty of targets to put together a solid fantasy day.
