Monday Night Football Best Bets: Chicago Bears vs. New England Patriots

Best Bets

Week 7 in the National Football League comes to a conclusion this evening with the Chicago Bears (2-4) taking on the New England Patriots (3-3) at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass.

After the hoop-la and dramatics from Sunday, it’s time to kick back and relish the opportunity to make some money on Monday Night Football.

Without further ado, let’s further examine our best bets between the Bears and Pats.

Best Bet No. 1: Bears +8.5 (-110)

Although this line is sure to move by the time kickoff rolls around, I really like the Bears at +8.5 on the point spread. For starters, Chicago will be well-rested having not played since last Thursday against the Washington Commanders and should be able to put up a fight after some lackluster performances early on this season. This line continues to climb in favor of the Patriots, but I think the Bears can surprise a few people in and around the football world by at least keeping this one to within a seven-point score. The Pats will likely take care of business at home, but the Bears will stay competitive. Take the Bears at +8.5 on this one, folks.

Best Bet No. 2: Under 40.5 Total Points (-110)

Fresh off a snooze fest of a game on primetime that saw Chicago fall to Washington by a score of 12-7 last week, leaning towards the under on this one doesn’t seem that far a stretch. As a team, the Bears rank 12th in total defense, allowing just 19.7 points per game. The issue in Chicago has been their anemic offense and inability to move the ball downfield under second-year quarterback Justin Fields. Both teams should see a steady dose of the running game which is sure to eat a ton of clock. This game has all the makings of a 22-16 victory in favor of the Pats written all over it. Ride with the under.

Best Bet No. 3: Rhamondre Stevenson Anytime Touchdown (-105)

The 2022 NFL campaign has seen Rhamondre Stevenson establish himself as both an uber-powerful and impactful back under Bill Belichick. Over his last two games, Stevenson has put up 237 yards on the ground and should be New England’s (clear) threat at running back this evening. Many fantasy football players have been drooling over Stevenson’s appeal as a high-Week 5 kicks off tonight. Dom Lunardo shares his three best bets ahead of an exciting primetime clash between the Colts and Broncos.end RB2 heading into this week and for good reason. This kid really does look like the real deal and is just oozing with top-tier talent. In a game that promises to be as run-heavy as they come, I like Stevenson’s chances of taking one to the house. Lock this prop bet in as soon as you can, football fans.

Gates Top NFL Team From Week 11 (2024)

Week 11 in the NFL brought more chaos, with at least five games on Sunday being decided by a single score. Notably, the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts won their games by just one point. As a result of their performance, the Buffalo Bills have earned the title of our NFL Team of the Week for the second time this season, having previously received this honor in Week 8.
