Welcome back, folks. Hope you all enjoyed the All-Star break, but it is time to get back to business on our first Sunday since then. Today we have a nine-game DFS slate on DraftKings starting at 1:35 pm EDT. We are going to go with a couple of cheaper stacks this afternoon as two games really pop out. Be sure to check us out daily for our DFS content.
On the Mound
Sonny Gray @ Detroit Tigers ($7,100)
This is a get-right outing for the Twins right-hander. He has been way off his game lately allowing 14 runs in 13.1 innings over his last three starts. We can’t overlook the fact that Detroit has a bad offense, getting shut out three of their last six games and scoring two runs or fewer nine times in July. Back in May, Gray struck out 10 Tigers and held them scoreless for seven innings. Watch the weather in this one as there are scattered thunderstorms in the forecast.
Ian Anderson vs. Los Angeles Angels ($6,500)
After a rough June (6.91 ERA, .893 OPS against), Anderson has settled in a bit in July. In three starts this month, the right-hander has a 2.30 ERA and has allowed a .612 OPS. This is more of the Anderson that we are used to as he got BABIPed to death in June with a .402 mark. He gets a juicy opponent today in the Angels. Los Angeles has scored just 39 runs in 16 games tin June and has scored two or fewer in 11 of their 16 games.

Milwaukee Brewers Stack
Rowdy Tellez ($3,800) and Kolten Wong ($4,000) are the two guys I really like in this lineup. Andrew McCutchen ($4,400) tends to bat in the cleanup spot between them. That gives you an extremely cheap stack in the middle of the Brewers lineup. They face Chad Kuhl today who has given up 20 hits and 12 runs in his last 14.2 innings. This comes along with an awful 8/8 K/BB rate. IF you feel like expanding the stack and can afford it, Christian Yelich ($4,700) and Willy Adames ($5,000) sit atop the Milwaukee lineup.
Toronto Blue Jays Stack
Matt Chapman ($3,900) and Lourdes Gurriel Jr. ($3,600) stand out as bargains for the Jays along with Santiago Espinal ($3,200). They tend to be the 6-7-8 batters. A couple of other names to get in there depending on the lineup for this afternoon’s game are Teoscar Hernandez ($4,300) and a higher priced Bo Bichette ($5,200). Toronto gets to face rookie Brayan Bello at Fenway. He has been horrible in his two starts allowing a 1.019 OPS. This Blue Jays offense should eat him alive.
Good Luck with all of your DFS lineups.
