MLB DFS September 5th: Late Night Values and Stacks

Tonight, we will be looking at some of the best value picks for the late slate of games. We are looking at a great night of baseball so let’s make some money.

Josh Bell: ($3,500)

Bell is struggling this season. With just a .207 BA and four home runs, the Pirates need more out of him. He will be dropped in the lineup for the first time since 2018. However, in 2018 he batted sixth and slashed .311/.391/.500. Let’s see if Bell is more comfortable in this role.

Cavan Biggio: ($4,900)

The Blue Jays are on a roll right now. Biggio may be the only Blue Jay who can be considered struggling at the moment but he has a .328 OBA against righties and he is facing the horrible Red Sox rotation.

Brandon Woodruff ($8,700)

The Brewers are looking to take their second straight against the Indians tonight. Woodruff is without a doubt the best pitcher for the Brewers. The question is, what type of Indians offense am I getting tonight? If it is the same as last night than Woodruff should be a lock in your lineups tonight.

Stack: Toronto Blue Jays

As I said, the Blue Jays are on fire right now. They are officially in a battle with the Yankees for second in the AL East. I knew this team would be fun to watch, but they are blossoming earlier than expected. Also, as I mentioned, they are facing the terrible Red Sox tonight.
