A seven-game MLB DFS slate is set to kick off this evening at 7:05pm EDT, as we encounter just one matchup on the West Coast. Shane McClanahan and the Tampa Bay Rays resume their three game set at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Aside from that contest, all of the remaining matchups reside in the Central or East regions. Here are a handful of additions you should consider for your daily fantasy lineups.

On the Bump
Shane McClanahan – at Los Angeles ($10,200)
McClanahan has been a force to be reckoned with, racking up 47 strikeouts over 32.1 innings. Evidenced by a 3.05 earned run average, McClanahan has been the shape and form of the Tampa Bay rotation. While he may produce just five or six frames, the young lefty never gives into his frailty. He preserves a consistent footing throughout his outings and hopes to continue that technique while testing Mike Trout and the Angels.
Miles Mikolas – vs Baltimore ($9,100)
In resemblance to his sensational 2018 season with the St. Louis Cardinals, Mikolas seems to be back to his assertive form. Molding a 1.53 ERA with the support of 28 strikeouts, the veteran righty has been a menace for the Cardinals. Allowing just six runs over 35.1 frames of work, Mikolas aspires to replicate his recent flourish as the Orioles come to town.
In the Field
Rafael Devers – at Atlanta ($5,800)
The big three for the Red Sox — J.D. Martinez, Xander Bogaerts, and Devers — have been the wellspring of the Boston offense. Devers, the 25-year-old who occupies the hot corner, is clutching a .315 batting average with five long bombs. Defensively, Devers has been just as efficient in evidence to seven successful double plays and a .988 fielding percentage. Nonetheless, Devers has been firing on all cylinders and hopes to resume his recent advancements facing Ian Anderson and the Braves.
Wander Franco – at Los Angeles ($5,500)
Many expected a Franco encore during his sophomore season, following an ecstatic rookie campaign. Those dreams have become reality, as Franco has been nothing but proficient. In 126 plate appearances. Franco conserves a .317 batting average, accompanied by 15 RBI and three stolen bases. In addition, the 21-year-old sensation resides toward the top of the batting average leaders, trailing Ty France and Andrew Benintendi. Franco aims to continue his triumph as he is confronted by Shohei Ohtani and the Halos.
Travis d’Arnaud – vs Boston ($4,900)
d’Arnaud has struggled mightily in recent years, to say the least. However, in 2022 he seems to be a new player. Batting .309 while plating 15 RBI, the 33-year-old is on the verge of a breakout season. While it’s still pretty early to project, d’Arnaud could end up in the mix for comeback player of the year. The Braves will encounter Nathan Eovaldi and the Red Sox, set to begin at 7:20pm.
Other Options: Tylor Megill (SP – NYM, $9,900), Jonah Heim (C – TEX, $5,100), Xander Bogaerts (SS – BOS, $5,300)
