The New England Patriots are reportedly doing what they can to keep both McCourty brothers.
Per Ian Rapoport, the team is continuously working on an extension to keep Devin McCourty a Patriot for the rest of his career.

McCourty, 32, after struggling out of the gate as cornerback, has been one of the defense’s best leaders and enforcers since switching to free safety.
The Rutgers alum has won three Super Bowls and earned three Second-team All-Pro honors in Foxboro.
Collectively, McCourty has recorded 772 tackles, three sacks, 11 forced fumbles, 26 interceptions and two scores.
He has been selected as a team captain numerous times in his career and is also one of involved players in community affairs as well as social issues.
