Jarvis Landry Sounds Very Confident Heading Into Patriots Game

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry is a very confident individual this week.

At a press conference, the former Miami Dolphin guaranteed a victory against the New England Patriots.

While it’s not exactly a guarantee, giving the New England Patriots any bulletin board material is a questionable decision at best.

As a football player you should always be confident heading into every game, but normally it’s best to keep that confidence to yourself. When it comes to playing New England, that becomes even more important as players who have made the same declarations normally don’t end up on the winning side once the clock hits zero.

Landry will most likely draw patriots cornerback Stephon Gilmore for the majority of the game. Gilmore is ranked as one of the best corners in the league right now, which does not bode well for the Cleveland receivers success nor his team.

We will find out if Landry and the Browns can back up these comments when they square off against the undefeated Patriots at 4:25 p.m. this Sunday in Foxboro.
