Helmet Company Cuts Ties with Antonio Brown

After several grievances filed against the NFL, Antonio Brown finally decided on a helmet: the Xenith Shadow.

However, the helmet manufacturer decided to cut ties with Brown after allegations of sexual assault pressed against the Patriots wide receiver.

It is not entirely certain whether these cut ties are based on the sexual assault allegations or if Brown decided to go in a different direction with his helmet.

According to Adam Schefter, Xenith cut ties with Brown earlier today.

Brown was spotted wearing the Schutt Air XP at Patriots practice on Wednesday.

The league stated that Brown will not be placed on the commissioner’s exempt list while the sexual assault allegations against him are being investigated. This means that the wide receiver can play on Sunday versus the Miami Dolphins.
