We are back! We had a monster night of basketball last night, and hope you won some money using our Fave Five! Only 3 games tonight so lets get to it! Unfortunately no Zion Williamson in tonight’s slate! Sorry everyone! But, i can assure you, he will be in my Fave Five articles quite often! Stay tuned!
Guard: Spencer Dinwiddie, Nets (DK-$7,000) (FD- $5,700)
One of the leading candidates for Sixth Man of the year! Dinwiddie is posting career-highs in points (16.9) and threes! (1.9). He is averaging 37.2 fantasy points per game on the year, and the return of Kyrie Irving doesn’t seem to be slowing him down! Las Angeles Lakers are facing the Brooklyn Nets tonight. I think Dinwiddie post a monster game tonight. Dinwiddie is the type of player, where if his shot isn’t falling, he can make you pay from the free-throw line, and by getting to the hoop! I expect the Nets to keep it close tonight which means Dinwiddie should get minutes in the upper 30’s. Start him tonight!
Small Forward: Dorian Finney-Smith, Mavericks (DK-$4,600) (FD-$4,500)
Finney-Smith played a game high 27 minutes last game. He has tied superstar Luka Doncic in minutes played. However, numbers tell a different story. Finney-Smith gets a matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers tonight. With Dwight Powell done for the year with a seasons ending Achilles rupture, I expect Finney-Smith to get more minutes at the power forward position. He didn’t do much last game with the minutes, but gets a much easier matchup tonight. I like him at this price point and with the minutes hovering around 30 minutes a game, he could do some damage!
Forward: Davis Bertans, Wizards (DK-$5,000) (FD-$4,500)
Has to be some sort of mistake on pricing here! Bertans is shredding! He is absolutely killing it! Averaging 27.7 fantasy points per game! His price point should be around $6,000. Coming off a monster game where he scored 24 points, four rebounds, one assists, he has real upside. He is connecting ono 37.7 percent of his three point attempts since returning from injury. He gets a completely disastrous Cleveland Cavaliers team tonight. That should already entice you to want Bertans in your lineup as no one on the Cavs is going to stop the sharp-shooter. Get him in your lineup, especially at this price point!
Center: Jarrett Allen, Nets (DK-$5,900) (FD-$5,700)
Similar to Bertans, this is a pricing error in my opinion! Allen is coming off a nice double-double against the Philadelphia 76ers. Going 13 and 13. Allen has registered 10 or more rebounds in five of his last 6 games! Yes, the matchup against Anthony Davis could be freighting but i expect Allen to continue his hot streak and go for another double-double. With Allen getting all the minutes he can handle, look for him to be force to be reckoned with tonight! Grab him at this price point and enjoy the ride!
Util: Collin Sexton, Cleveland Cavaliers (DK-$ 6,500) (FD-$5,800)
Sexton seems to have figured out the NBA. He’s been on a complete tear as of late! Playing all the minutes he can handle, and stuffing the stat sheet in the process. He is averaging 28.4 fantasy points per game. Coming off a game where he scored 17 points, five rebounds, four assists, a steal and a block he lead the offense. It is pretty obvious the Cavs are going to run the offense through this stud. He gets a nice matchup tonight against the Washington Wizards. He is one of my sleeper picks of the night. I truly believe Sexton will light up the Wizards tonight! Young kid who can score, averaging 35 minutes per game, and a matchup against the Wizards? Yes, please! I am firing him up with confidence tonight!
