Tonight we have a matchup between the Buffalo Bills and the Tennessee Titans. While fans will have their eyes glued to the game, watching every play with the utmost attention, gamblers only care about making money. However, which bets will lead to cash in their pockets? Here are my five favorite prop bets for tonight’s game.

Josh Allen Over 32.5 Rushing Yards (-120)
Many thought Allen would cut back running the ball this season. However, after averaging 6.4 rushing attempts per game last season, Allen has averaged seven rushing attempts per game this season, including a season-high 11 rushing attempts last week. More importantly, Allen has averaged 37.6 rushing yards per game this season after averaging 26.3 rushing yards per game last season. Over the first five games of the season, Allen has rushed for at least 35 rushing yards in four of them, including a season-high 59 rushing yards last week. While Zack Moss has become a critical part of the running game for the Bills, Allen should have his fifth game of the season with at least 35 rushing yards tonight.
Derrick Henry to Score an Anytime Touchdown (-215)
Henry is the current rushing leader with 640 yards, averaging 128 per game. He is over 100 rushing yards ahead of Nick Chubb in second place. His seven rushing touchdowns are two more than the several running backs tied for second in the NFL. More importantly, Henry has scored at least one rushing touchdown in three of his past four games, including a season-high three rushing touchdowns last week against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Meanwhile, Henry had two rushing touchdowns on only 19 rushing attempts against the Bills last season. By comparison, Henry has averaged 31.3 rushing attempts over the past four weeks. Henry is more likely to score three times tonight than not at all.
Emmanuel Sanders Over 53.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
In the offseason, several teams spent a lot of money on free agent wide receivers. However, the Bills might have gotten the biggest bargain with Sanders. He has averaged 64.4 receiving yards per game this season, finishing with at least 52 receiving yards in four of his five contests. More importantly, Sanders has averaged 6.2 targets per game this season. Meanwhile, the Titans have allowed the most receiving yards to wide receivers this season, giving up an average of 224.4 receiving yards per game. They have allowed over 245 receiving yards in 60 percent of their games, giving up 15.2 yards per catch this season. The Titans will struggle to slow down the Buffalo passing attack tonight. Sanders is more likely to finish the game over 100 receiving yards than under 54.
Ryan Tannehill Under 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-140)
After Tannehill had a career-high 33 passing touchdowns last season, many expected Tannehill to have a breakout year with the addition of Julio Jones. However, Tannehill is on pace to throw only 19 touchdowns this season over a 16 game pace. That would be his lowest total since 2018 in only 11 games. More importantly, Tannehill has thrown under 1.5 touchdowns in all but one game this season. Meanwhile, the Bills have held quarterbacks to only five passing touchdowns this season, the second-fewest in the NFL. They have held quarterbacks to under 1.5 passing touchdowns in 60 percent of their games. The Bills arguably have the best defense in the NFL and should have no trouble keeping Tannehill under 1.5 passing touchdowns in this game.
Zack Moss Over 45.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
As a rookie last season, Moss averaged only 37 rushing yards per game, finishing with under 46 rushing yards in over 60 percent of his contests. However, Moss has stepped up his play this season, averaging 46 rushing yards per game. More importantly, Moss had at least 60 rushing yards in two of his past three contests. Meanwhile, the Titans have allowed an average of 95.2 rushing yards per game to running backs this season, giving up over 115 rushing yards to the position in 40 percent of their games. Furthermore, the Titans gave up a season-high 162 rushing yards to the Jacksonville running backs last week. While he won’t have 162 rushing yards tonight, Moss should hit the over on this prop bet early in the third quarter.
