Dak Prescott Undergoes MRI on Throwing Shoulder, Game Status Unknown

While the hot topic the last few days has been about Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott’s injury to his right index finger, the reality is that his finger may be the least of Dallas’ worries.

Prescott had an MRI this week on a right shoulder injury and the results were negative. However, head coach Jason Garrett said it’s “hard for him to function right now.”

Prescott has never missed an NFL game. Cooper Rush is expected to get some action this week as Prescott will be limited in practice.

Sunday’s matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, will not be a game to miss as the Cowboys can clinch the division with a win.

This injury news will be monitored closely as each day passes. We will keep you updated.
