Corrigan’s Gambling Corner: Hawks vs Bucks Game Three Best Bets

Corrigan's Gambling Corner: MLB Best Bets

Hello, and happy Sunday! I hope that everyone has had a great weekend. Here at the gambling corner, our weekends are determined by if we have some winners. So, let’s end this weekend with some cash.

All lines are courtesy of Jazz Sportsbook, please gamble responsibly. Have a problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER.

Spread: Bucks (-4)

Here is what we have learned in this series so far; nothing. The Hawks just continue to defy all predictions and win. They did get demolished in game two (when I finally bet on the Hawks in the playoffs) but Trae Young continued his excellence with 48 points in a game one victory.

Now, from what I have seen in the first two games, the Bucks are clearly the better team, and I am not just saying that because I had a future on them to win the East. I think the Bucks have too much established talent around Giannis Antetokounmpo to lose this series at the end of the day. The Hawks have taken a massive leap, but I think they are overachieving right now. Take the Bucks tonight, and it could be a safe bet to ride the Bucks the rest of the way.

Point Total: U/225.5

The Under has been a very attractive play for both of these teams lately. The Bucks have gone under in six out of their last nine, and the Hawks have gone under in five of their last six. While the Bucks are 45-39-1 against the total this year, their defense has been spectacular throughout these playoffs. The only hope the over has at this point is if Young decides to have another sensational night, and I am not betting on that.

Bonus Sunday Night Baseball Pick: Dodgers -1.5 (+110)

This is all about the value. The Dodgers are on a little bit of a skid and they need to pick up a big win. Why not get that win on Sunday Night Baseball? Adbert Alzolay will get the start for the Cubs, so Los Angeles should have no problems getting some runs on the board. With Clayton Kershaw on the mound, I am confident that they should beat up on the Cubbies tonight.
