Best Bets:

Cincinnati (-4.5) vs. UCF

Cincinnati has really blossomed into a true playoff contender and are 5-1 ATS in their last six games. They are not just beating teams, they are covering the spread. As the old saying goes; good teams win, great teams cover. Cincinnati is a great team.

Indiana vs. Ohio State (-10.5 1H) & O/67

Everyone and their sister were complaining about how Rutgers was able to move the ball against Ohio State’s third-stringers in the fourth quarter. Let’s not get crazy here, Ohio State is really great. While the defense has shown some problems, they will be able to handle the surprise team of the season. Ohio State will go up big in the first half and then call off the dogs late in the game, allowing Indiana to score points at the end to push the total over.

Iowa vs. Penn State (+2.5)

The Nittany Lions burned me last week and I’ll be darned if I’m not picking them yet again. There is just no way that Penn State will be an 0-5 team. The assumption is that quarterback Will Levis, who moved the ball great last week against Nebraska, will get the start. That should be the boost that Penn State needs to finally get in the win column this season.
