MLB Best Bets:

Yankees vs Cleveland

Cleveland +1.5

The Yankees took game one in this series last night despite some pretty funny bloopers. One thing was clear entering the series; both teams are quite horrible at hitting the ball. The Yankees are statistically the worst offense in baseball. Cleveland on the other hand has the same struggles at the plate, as a team, they are hitting a combined .210 BA, good for the second-worst in the American League. However, they score the majority of their runs via the home run. Tonight, the Yankees will be sending out Jordan Montgomery. Cleveland is much better against lefties this season, with an OPS. of .716.

Blue Jays vs Rays

U/7.5

The Blue Jays are far and away the most profitable under bet of the season. With a 13-5 under record, and with Tyler Glasnow getting the start for the Rays, the under is the safe bet here. The Blue Jays will be sending out Steven Matz, who is 3-0 with a 1.47 ERA to start the season. The under is also 10-2 in Toronto’s last 12 road games. With two of the hottest pitchers in the American League and Toronto’s affinity for not scoring runs, this is the very safe under.

Mariners vs Red Sox

Red Sox ML (-130)

With their win against the Red Sox last night, the Seattle Mariners overtook the best record in the American League. Seattle had a big comeback late in the game to knock off the Red Sox in the series opener. This has swung the odds a little bit and makes the Red Sox ML a little more profitable tonight. The Mariners will be throwing lefty Yusei Kikuchi tonight. The Red Sox are hitting .275 with an OPS of .766 against lefties this season.

NBA Best Bets:

Cavaliers vs Hornets

Hornets -1.5

Both teams are struggling as they enter this game. Charlotte is limping to the finish line with all their injuries and Cleveland, well, they are just not a good team. Collin Sexton and Darius Garland‘s improvement together on the floor this season has been very evident, but they just are not ready. Even without LaMelo Ball and Gordon Hayward, the Hornets are 1.5 point favorites. That should tell you all you need to know about the Cavaliers.

Nuggets vs Warriors

Nuggets -3

There is no hotter player on the planet right now than Stephen Curry. He had his 30-point game streak broken the other night at 11 games. He is the first player to reach 30-points in 10 straight games since Kobe Bryant. It is safe to say, the Warriors would be the worst team in the league without Curry. However, the Nuggets come into this game having won 12 out of their last 14. Even with a 2-5 record ATS in their last seven and 1-6 ATS in their last seven against Golden State, we are taking the better team in this matchup.
