If you’re reading this, you’re in a mood. Either an amazing mood, as the Packers walk away with a 23-22 victory over the Lions, or a mood as only Stephen A. Smith could describe, which is the mood of most Lions fans-including yours truly. We feel like the Herman’s Hermits line that was in this title, “Oh me, oh my”, we’re Leaning on the Lamp Post. It’s something that happens year after year with this team. From the batted ball against Seattle to the 10-second runoff against Atlanta, and do I even mention the picked up Pass Interference Flag against Dallas in the playoffs? The list goes on and on.
Ryan Blaney would need every bit of that front bumper, in beating out fellow Ford driver Ryan Newman by 0.007 seconds in the sixth closest finish in Monster Energy history. Blaney would lead the front of the pack with a two-lap restart, and with drafting support from Aric Almirola it was enough to get him that gap he needed on the field.
We have got a nice little seven-game slate tonight with some high-powered offenses and a couple of away favorites. Fitting in the top lines will be a little difficult, but it could be the difference-maker tonight. Let’s get to it.

For now, I will note that NHL scheduling makes it so Monday, Wednesday, and often Friday are only going to have two to four games on the slate at most. For the time being, we will make sure we have content out for the big slates on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
