News coming out of the NBA Office this morning is not good for the Atlanta Hawks and more importantly third-year forward John Collins. The league confirms that Collins tested positive for Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide 2. Collins stated in a message to ESPN just moments ago “He didn’t know the supplement contained an illegal component.”

Detroit Lions Week 9 Recap- Gruden, Carr Raid Lions

The Lions traveled to Oakland in their last season at the Colosseum. The plan was to use an Air-Raid offense (like Arizona’s) to sink the Raiders’ ship in the Black Hole for one last time. Instead, Jon Gruden utilized Derek Carr to do exactly what Matthew Stafford was supposed to do- raid the secondary and win the game.

England Faces South Africa In World Cup Final

After six weeks of exciting World Cup Rugby, it comes down to a Saturday finale between two familiar foes in England and South Africa. These two national sides have quite an interesting past history, which dates far back as 1906 during what was the South African rugby tour of Europe.  It was the first international tour by a team from South Africa and came just four years after the Boer war. The game was played in Crystal Palace ending in a 3-3 standstill. Since that time they have battled amongst each other in 41 test matches, with the Springboks leading the all-time series 25-15-2.
