With two weeks of preseason in the books, NFL teams will begin officially naming their starting quarterback soon. Before they do, let’s predict which direction each team that has a battle will go.
The Denver Broncos have had one crazy quarterback battle this offseason. Drew Lock or Teddy Bridgewater, the young guy with upside or the trustworthy veteran.
In 2020, the Las VegasRaiders made their debut in “Sin City”, but only slightly improved their record from 7-9 in 2019 to 8-8, missing the playoffs. The bright spot, however, is that head coach Jon Gruden got his team so close to a winning record in just his third season since taking over the team.
The preseason is here. For many players, that means a chance to achieve a lifelong dream of making the 53-man roster. However, not everyone can have their wishes fulfilled.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had their best season in franchise history in 2020. With a roster filled with both talented young players and seasoned veterans, the Buccaneers have all the pieces in place to make another Super Bowl run this season.
After a 17 year stretch of zero playoff appearances, the Buffalo Bills enter 2021 on a run of three playoff births in four years. Coming off of last year’s 13-3 campaign, this stout Buffalo squad feels poised for a third consecutive 10-plus win season.
The Philadelphia Eagles traded Carson Wentz this offseason and now are ready to see what they have in Jalen Hurts. What is their outlook going into the 2021 season?
The Green Bay Packers were once again one of the premier teams in the NFL during the 2020 season. Winning 13 games for the second season in a row, the team captured the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs.
After a 2020 season that ended with New York Giant fans somehow hating the Philadelphia Eagles, and Doug Pederson, just a little bit more, the team is now looking to take revenge on the division and win it this year.
There are a lot of new faces in the Big Easy this season and some big names will be missing for a bit, but the Saints still have some top-end skilled talent to make the playoffs.
As bad as the season went for the Houston Texans, the early offseason period was worse. New head coach David Culley seems to have settled the rocking ship, and general manager Nick Caserio’s veteran acquisitions are part of that stability.
