After a tremendous divisional round weekend where all four games were decided on the final play, NFL Conference Title weekend is here. Both games this Sunday are rematches from late in the regular season, in which both were also great games.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had hopes of becoming the eighth franchise in NFL history to win back-to-back Super Bowls after returning all 22 starters from last year’s team.

The Buffalo Bills captured the AFC East title for the second straight season. They won 11 games and just their second division crown in the last 20 years.

The Tennessee Titans in 2021 pulled off their best regular season since 2008, going 12-5. Additionally, they also picked up the AFC’s No. 1 playoff seed, as well as a first-round bye just as they did in 2008 as well.

The Green Bay Packers were once again one of the top teams in the NFL during the 2021 season. They won 13 games for the third year in a row. However, the Packers fell 13-10 to the 49ers, falling to 0-4 against San Francisco in the playoffs under Rodgers.
