Another arrest has been made in the NFL as Redskins receiver Cody Latimer is facing three felonies.
After a 2019 season that saw the Los Angeles Chargers finish 5-11 and in the basement of the AFC West, they hit the ground running in free agency. The Chargers don’t have to look far into the rear-view mirror to see a 2018 season where they went 12-4 under Anthony Lynn and made the playoffs. In 2020 they open the brand new SoFi Stadium in Southern California (a joint venture with the LA Rams) and are ready to christen their new digs with a winning season. What does 2020 hold for the Bolts? Here are some (very) bold takes for this season’s Chargers. Let’s get crazy!

Alex Jordan reports on the DeAndre Baker case.

Jacob Silverman examines the top 10 wideout-quarterback duos heading into 2020.

Flashy rookies, a Madden curse, and a new division champion? You won’t want to miss Joe Heller’s latest bold predictions from the AFC North.
Jarrett Stidham, or “stid,” as referred to by those inside Gillette Stadium, get used to hearing that name this upcoming NFL season. For the first time in 20 years, the New England Patriots will no longer have Tom Brady under contract.

The 32 NFL owners will soon vote on new Rooney Rule modifications that reward teams with draft picks for hiring minority coaches and executives.
The deadline to exercise the fifth-year options for the 2017 first-round picks has come and gone. Of the 32 picks, 18 of them had their option exercised. However, four of the top five picks had their option declined. Now that it has been three seasons since this draft class entered the league, it’s fair to look back and redo the draft. For the purposes of this re-draft, I’m going to keep all trades in place but make my decisions based on current rosters.

Arrest warrants have been issued for a pair of talented young cornerbacks.
