The Giants have undergone another coaching carousel during the offseason. Pat Shurmur is now out the door and in Denver and the Giants have brought in Joe Judge to lead the team. The offense has an intriguing trio of receivers and an improving offensive line to bring a new explosive offense to New York. The defense, meanwhile, has some issues. Let’s dive in and take a look at the Giants.

Out goes Bruce Allen and an entirely new regime comes in. After Allen left, it seems like things have been pretty quiet, well except for Trent Williams, which was Allen’s fault to begin with. Redskins fans have been patient but aggressive, and I understand the restlessness. It’s time for us to kick our feet up and watch a true rebuild. Whether this regime rises or falls, it’ll certainly be a breath of fresh air compared to Jay Gruden and Greg Manusky. Let’s just enjoy it!

The Panthers coaching staff and roster endured a complete overhaul during the offseason. Ron Rivera, Cam Newton, Trai Turner, Luke Kuechly, and Mario Addison have all left in some way and have been replaced by a younger, offensive-minded staff that will have to rebuild a defense that is ranked dead last in these power rankings.

Washington is the first team I have revealed so far that completely overhauled their coaching staff. Ron Rivera joins the team as the head coach and brings a ton of coaching experience, having made it to the Super Bowl during his time in Carolina. This is a surprising ranking given how much the team has improved this year on paper, but when you dive deeper, there are still some major issues.
