After blowing a lead to the Chicago Bears in Week 1, the Detroit Lions wanted to get off to a hot start against Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. With Pro Bowl defensive tackle Kenny Clark out, the Lions ran the ball early and often which led to a 14-3 lead in the first quarter. Rodgers and the Packers offense responded with 31 unanswered points on their way to another dominating performance.

The Giants lost to the Bears on Sunday, but perhaps even worse than the outcome of the game was the news that Saquon Barkley suffered a season-ending ACL tear.

In Sunday’s AFC South Division matchup, the Jacksonville Jaguars were in Nashville to take on the Tennessee Titans. The Jaguars came in at 1-0, off of a Week 1 upset over Philip Rivers and the Indianapolis Colts.

In what was expected to be a high-scoring game, the Colts defense showed up this week and made it difficult for the Minnesota offense.

History was made in Tampa Bay as Tom Brady became the second quarterback to throw for 75,000 career yards en route to a 31-17 Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-1) victory over the Carolina Panthers (0-2).

The Pittsburgh Steelers played an outstanding game all-around. They made big plays when it mattered most, and that, as always, will win you games.

The San Francisco 49ers traveled to the East Coast this week to face the New York Jets at the MetLife Stadium. Both teams entered Week 2 winless and the 49ers started the game with several key players out with injuries.

On Sunday afternoon the San Francisco 49ers will travel across the country to meet the New York Jets in Week 2 action. Both teams are rebounding from a loss in the first week of regular season play and will be hungry for the win this week.

The Baltimore Ravens travel to Houston on Sunday afternoon to face the Texans in Week 2 of the 2020 NFL season. The Ravens lead the all-time series between the teams, 8-2, and have won the last three of four games including their most recent matchup in November of last year.
