Week 2 of the NFL season is officially in the books. Here’s a look back at the week that was in the NFL. Here are 10 takeaways from Week 2.

This week’s Monday Night Football is one to remember. The Raiders’ debut in Las Vegas also marks the 188th location for play in NFL history. It is also a memorable victory as the Raiders defeated the Saints in a 34-24 upset in their new home.

We’re tracking every player’s Week 2 status, including lingering ailments from last week and new injuries that pop up throughout practice this week.

Blake Jarwin came into this season as the starting tight end for the Dallas Cowboys. However, during Dallas’s opening game against the Los Angeles Rams, Jarwin went down with a knee injury. It turned that Jarwin tore his ACL, thus ending his season. The next man up would be Dalton Schultz.

Nickolas Loza recaps Sunday’s thriller between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots in which Russell Wilson had one of the best performances of his career.

The Kansas City Chiefs traveled to SoFi Stadium for the first time to take on the Los Angeles Chargers in a divisional battle in Week 2 of the 2020 NFL season. In a game where the Chiefs were expected to dominate, the Chargers shocked the league and controlled most of the game, but would ultimately fall to the Chiefs in overtime, 23-20.

The Arizona Cardinals took off early and never looked back in what was thought to be a close game between them and the Washington Football Team. Despite an impressive Week 1 performance from Washington, their defense could not contain Kyler Murray and the Cardinals offense as Arizona sailed to a comfortable victory.

The Buffalo Bills (2-0) are known to have a great defense. Now they have given the keys of the offense to quarterback Josh Allen, who finished 24-35 with 403 passing yards and four touchdowns in their 31-28 win over the Miami Dolphins (0-2). Heβs the first Bills quarterback since Drew Bledsoe in 2002 to throw for over 400 yards in a game.

To quote the great Charlie Brown, βGood Grief!β That sums up yesterday for most NFL fans. The reports are still coming in, but at least three players tore their ACL yesterday. Not only are the injuries bad for their NFL teams and fantasy owners, but also gamblers.

Even when this game was close at times, it was owned by the Rams from start to finish. Los Angeles

Before we officially close the books on Week 2, we need to welcome the unavailing of the new Las Vegas Raiders stadium on Monday night football. For the weekend, my picks went 4-2, which brings my overall record to 11-5 for the football season.

Every emotion imaginable was felt by all Dallas Cowboy (1-1) fans after a stunning win over the Atlanta Falcons (0-2).
