Bruins Recall Anders Bjork, Place David Krejci on Injured Reserve

The Boston Bruins announced today that forward David Krejci has been placed on injured reserve and recalled forward Anders Bjork from Providence.

Krejci has been dealing with an upper-body injury which he suffered against the Anaheim Ducks on Monday, Oct. 14.

Bjork leads the Providence Bruins in scoring so far this season, posting three goals and five assists for eight points. In 50 career NHL games with Boston, Bjork has tallied five goals and 10 assists for 15 points.
