In the 2020 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos drafted six offensive players while adding five offensive players through the undrafted free agent process. The 11 offensive players comprise five wide receivers, three offensive linemen, one running back, one tight end, and one quarterback. Having already gone over the draft pick profiles of Jerry Jeudy and K.J. Hamler, let’s dive deeper into the rest of the offensive players taken in the draft.

Lloyd Cushenberry, C, LSU
With the 83rd pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos select Lloyd Cushenberry, C, LSU. According to ESPN.com, Cushenberry was a three-star recruit coming out of high school and had 11 collegiate offers before choosing to play at LSU. He developed into one of the best centers in LSU history and started at center for every game of Heisman Trophy quarterback Joe Burrow‘s LSU Career. John Elway got lucky when Cushenberry fell into his lap at the end of the third round. Before the draft, the Broncos didn’t have a single center on their team. Now, they have their franchise center.
Albert Okweugbunam, TE, Missouri
With the 118th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos select Albert Okweugbunam, TE, Missouri. According to ESPN.com, Okweugbunam was a three-star recruit coming out of high school and had 17 collegiate offers before choosing to play at Missouri. He and Drew Lock reunite in Denver after forming dynamic chemistry at Missouri where they combined for 17 touchdowns together. Okweugbunam ran a BLAZING 4.49 40-time at the combine, which was .01 seconds faster than current Broncos starting tight end, Noah Fant. The Broncos now boast the fastest tight end group in the league.
Netane Muti, G, Fresno State
With the 181st pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos select Netane Muti, OG, Fresno State. Muti led all guards at the NFL combine with 44 bench press reps. Most scouts considered him an elite prospect at guard and even had him graded as a second-round level talent. So, why did he fall to the sixth round? Injuries. He suffered multiple season-ending injuries at Fresno State, including two ruptured Achilles and a lisfranc injury. All signs point to him being fully healthy heading into offseason workouts. If he can stay healthy throughout the offseason, he has the potential to be a draft-day steal and a monumental piece to this up-and-coming Broncos team.
Tyrie Cleveland, WR, Florida
With the 252nd pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos select Tyrie Cleveland, WR, Florida. According to ESPN.com, Cleveland was a four-star recruit coming out of high school and had 15 collegiate offers before choosing to play at Florida. He had an unspectacular college career averaging just 318 receiving yards per season. Most of that was because of poor quarterback play, though. His 4.46 40-time along with his 6’2 frame should put him in the running for WR4 duties as soon as this season.
Undrafted Free Agents
Here’s the list of offensive undrafted free agents the Broncos signed after the 2020 NFL Draft:
- Riley Neal, QB, Vanderbilt
- Zimari Manning, WR, Tarleton State
- Kendall Hinton, WR, Wake Forest
- LeVante Bellamy, RB, Western Michigan
- Hunter Watts, OT, Central Arkansas
Neal threw for 1,585 and nine touchdowns while completing 58% of his passes during his senior year. Manning racked up 51 receptions for 1,110 yards and 23 touchdowns during his two-year college career. Hinton had 73 receptions for 1,001 yards and 4 touchdowns during his senior year. Bellamy rushed for 1,472 yards and 23 touchdowns as a senior. Watts, who’s listed at 6’8 and 320 pounds, earned All-Southland Conference First Team in his last two years in college.
