The New England Patriots have immediately begun rebuilding their linebacking corps.
Per sources, the team has signed former New York Jet Brandon Copeland.

Copeland, 28, signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of Penn State in 2013.
He went to the Tennessee Titans before spending a few seasons with the Detroit Lions.
His career finally took off with the Jets.

In 2018, Copeland started 10 games, recording 35 tackles and five sacks.
The Patriots now have Ja’Whaun Bentley, Dont’a Hightower, Terez Hall, Brandon King and Brandon Copeland as their active linebackers.
