Another one bites the dust as the New England Patriots have announced that they have released wide receiver Kenny Britt.
NFL insider Ian Rapoport broke the news via Twitter.

Britt was reportedly poised to have a big role on the team but a hamstring injury sustained early on this offseason hampered his chances.
The Patriots’ receivers remaining on the roster include Julian Edelman who will miss the first four games, Chris Hogan, Eric Decker, Phillip Dorsett, Cordarrelle Patterson, Paul Turner, Matthew Slater, Riley McCarron, Devin Lucien, and Braxton Berrios.
