Brady Addresses Media for First Time Since Injury

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is similar but more patient than his head coach in regards to how he talks with the media, but wasn’t today.

Brady as reported by multiple sources, injured his hand during a handoff at practice and mum has been the word around the organization about it other than the quarterback coming on and off the practice field throughout the week.

Local media and fans were hoping to shed some of their stress regarding the status of Brady’s hand and the result. The same if not worse.

“Not talking about that,” Brady said about the injured hand which he had a glove on.

When the quarterback was asked about his status for the AFC Championship he put on his Bill Belichick hat and simply said two words. “We’ll see.”

Collectively the press conference lasted barely four minutes as Brady just seemed keen on sticking to talking about he and his teammate’s preparation for their opponent this week the Jacksonville Jaguars.

“It’s a great challenge,” he said. “The team has worked hard to get to this point. It will be a great game. We’re playing a team that is great in all three phases. We’re going to have to be on the top of our game.”

The Patriots face off against the Jaguars in the AFC Championship on Sunday at 3:05 p.m.
